The Engineering degree pathway (diploma) course is your starting point if you want to study the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at UTS. The course allows successful students to FAST TRACK into the second year of study at UTS. Students who successfully complete the course move forward with an understanding of the practical applications for engineering, along with the skills to communicate professionally and ethically in engineering environments.  

This course is accredited by the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency (TEQSA) to be offered to both domestic and international students.

*The Diploma of Engineering is not recognised as a formal engineering qualification, the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) is required to register as a professional engineer.

International students who have met the entry requirements aged 16 years of age at the time of UTS Foundation Studies course commencement are able to join that program providing a) they are also packaged with a UTS College Diploma AND b) are 17 at the time the diploma commences.

Domestic Students: Based on the required Grade Point Average.
